  • How long do I have access to IWHI course materials? 

    For as long as the course exists in its current format.

    How long do I have to complete IWHI courses? Are they self-paced? 

    You can take as much time as you need to complete any of our certificate courses, masterclasses and specialty courses. Only the Women’s Health Coach Certification program has a graduation timeline of 18-months.

    Who is the ideal IWHI customer? What is their occupation? 

    Doctors, nurses practitioners, physical therapists, midwives, massage therapists, OTs, PAs,  fitness professionals, etc. 

    When can I begin an IWHI course after purchasing it? 

    You receive an order confirmation / receipt, as well as a welcome email within 30 minutes of purchase. The welcome email contains your login credentials so you can get started right away. If you do not see this email in your inbox within 60 minutes also check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, please contact us at support@integrativewomenshealthinstitute.com 

    How do I gain access to the IWHI membership site?

    After you purchase a course you will receive a welcome email that provides you with your login credentials and a link to the IWHI membership site. If you purchased a course and have not received a welcome email within 24 hours please check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, please contact us at support@integrativewomenshealthinstitute.com 

    Where can I ask questions about the course materials as I am working through the assignments and quizzes? 

    Our clinical student Facebook page is the best place to post questions. Our founder and CEO Dr. Jessica Drummond and our staff of master coaches respond to student questions in the group daily.  


    What language(s) are IWHI courses available in? 

    Our courses are only available in English.

    How often are IWHI Memberships billed? 

    Clinical Mastermind and Business Mastermind memberships are billed quarterly. 

    Do you offer payment plans? 

    Yes, we offer 0% interest payment plans through Shop Pay. 

    If I purchase a course and it is not the right fight, what is your refund policy? 

    Your satisfaction with your Program, Product or Service is important to us. Yet, because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into creating and/or providing our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials, we offer limited refunds. Unless otherwise provided by law: You may receive a refund for all Programs, Products and Services requested up to 7 days after the start of the Program, Product or Service and/or after the delivery of the first Module content (whichever is first), minus a 10% administration fee of the full cost of the Program, Product or Service, regardless of whether you paid in full or by installment payments. No refunds will be granted for any request after 7 days after the start date of the Program, Product, or Service and/or after the delivery of the first Module content (whichever is first), for any reason at any time. By using and/or purchasing any of our Programs, Products, or Services, you understand and agree that subsequent to 7 days following the start date of the Program, Product or Service and/or after the delivery of the first Module content (whichever is first), all sales are final and no refunds will be provided. The exceptions to this policy are any IWHI Membership Programs. No refund will be granted for the IWHI Clinical Vault membership, the Clinical MasterMind membership and the Business MasterMind membership. Once purchased you can cancel your subscription at any time and keep your access for the remainder of the paid membership period. However there will be no refunds or partial refunds for any membership programs.
